We specialize in hand painted chocolates and confections. We support our community through popups, wholesale agreements, catering, and we go beyond our community on our web platform. After studying at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris and working for Chef Thomas Keller at 3 michelin starred Per se I felt I was seeing things that I hadn't seen home in DC. I also feared that the chocolates I was creating could only mainly be found at the end of fine dining meals meaning that some people may never experience them. So, I started petite Soeur to bring hand painted bonbons to my community and to make chocolates normally found at the end of a michelin level dinner available in a retail environment.
