At ìpádé, we bring together women and femmes of color to build skills, resilience, and power to transform society for the good of our communities. We do that by providing member-driven workshops, events, and content in safe virtual and physical spaces that center women of color.
ìpádé meets the needs of women of color social impact entrepreneurs by cultivating community and providing high-impact programming designed for us by us. We provide connection and support through community, leadership development and accountability to spark growth, and resources specially curated to help us tap into and utilize our power for good.
What sets us apart from other communities and co-working spaces is our emphasis on empowering social impact leaders. As a result of our efforts, American society will benefit from the innovation and ingenuity of our members. We are more than a co-working space or social club - we are fueling movements that transform the world.
