Omflow is a 24/7 at-home interactive online yoga studio that delivers real-time, unrecorded yoga practices through live video streaming. With 15 Omflow Certified Yoga Teachers and 4 Omflow Guest Yoga Teachers, Omflow leverages the different geographic locations and time zones in order to make the practice of mindfulness and yoga available. Our team is currently in 14 countries and 19 cities across 9 different time zones on 5 continents. We offer drop-in practices as well as monthly subscriptions and practice packs for students interested in practicing yoga at the Beginner or Intermediate level, at durations of 45, 60 or 75 in the styles of Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Yoga Nidra and Meditation.
