Our Nani used this classic cheesecake recipe 60 years ago when she sold cheesecakes at her and our Popi's restaurant in Edgewater, New Jersey; the cheesecakes were in high demand and sold out every night. Not to mention, our Nani's cheesecakes were always a staple at parties and gatherings growing up and, despite all of our friends asking for the recipe, we were never allowed to share it. But through our business, we're happy to share our cheesecakes near and far. We are working on shipping, but in the meantime, we hand deliver in NY, NJ, CT, and MD. We hope to ship our cheesecakes to family, friends, and other customers, as well as sell them through retailers, beyond these areas soon.
