Myers-Galloway Counseling specializes in helping high achieving black women who were forced to take on the role of an adult too soon, better known as parentification. Usually because of:
Emotionally immature parents
Parental substance abuse
Being a child of a single parent
Trauma and neglect
High parental expectations but NO parental guidance

At MGC, our services are designed to educate you on the mental health impact of parentification. This saves you unnecessary suffering in your life.
