Our business model is built around farming- growing quality Shiitake mushrooms, and distribution- helping other small farmers grow their businesses through our delivery of their specialty products to bigger markets. Currently Mushroom Harvest aggregates and distributes products from over 20 farms and food producers and delivers to over 30 restaurants and retailers. Additional investment is needed in order for us to expand our infrastructure to increase capacity and grow to serve.
