We renovated and invested over $250,000 in 2019 and opened in March 2020, then… We are a restaurant located in St. Paul Midway. We are in the Lower-income bracket area and opened a full-service restaurant as it was needed to serve the community. We renovated and invested over $250,000 in 2019 and opened in March 2020, then Covid-19 hit. We kept the restaurant open till September 2020 and had to shut down the restaurant and are now reopening on June 15th, 2021. We have struggled to build business due to the pandemic and hope to get signage and advertising completed and reopen the restaurant for community patrons.
