An environment where customers can have one-on-one sessions with beauty representatives to find the correct product without feeling rushed or forced to purchase a product that does not work for them. One of the goals for Melanin Melody is to empower customers through their product choice and purchase, which will result in a lower exchange and/or return percentage in products. How do would we achieve this goal? We can achieve this goal through a customer centric approach, beginning with putting customers' needs first. Furthermore, ensuring that we are listening to customers. Lastly, offering a customize product selection specifically for each customer.
We believe through customer empowerment and a personalized shopping experience Melanin Melody can successful fulfill a need in the African-American beauty market.
