I put a lot of both love and knowledge into my business -- I have my MFA and over 20 years making art, teaching art, and mentoring artists. I do think my love of whatever medium I'm using or teaching is clear in each video or class I teach and will help you learn and have fun at the same time. I've taught art at McHenry County College and at Northern Illinois Special Recreation Association (NISRA). In 2013 I won NISRA’s Compassion Award for my work in art education. I've spent a great deal of time curating and jurying exhibitions through the Midwestern United States including Women's Works, Art Fair at the Dole, The Sage Gallery, Wausau Festival of Arts, NISRA, and in my studio. I'm committed to educating audiences about art, veganism, and healthy living.
