We have used our customer feedback of over 2500 jerk plates plates sold to hone our jerk marinade flavor and currently working on getting our nutrition label to market it extensively along with other scotch bonnet pepper inspired sauces and marinades . Quyen graduated as a nutrition science major and our goal is to grow a Caribbean inspired meal prep business with her nutrition science knowledge and also start a cottage greenhouse business .
