Not only is there a large wealth discrepancy between genders, there exist even larger gaps between racial/ethnic groups. These gaps will widen as we continue into this new decade. Margaret Remi Coaching and Consulting (MRCC) was born to address these gaps. MRCC is focused on helping black women develop a firm financial foundation in order to achieve their vision of wealth and independence. In her studies in Biomedical Sciences, Margaret (founder and CEO) became aware that education and income are major indicators of health status. She started teaching black women to improve their finances because she believes that reducing the racial wealth gap can reduce certain health gaps. MRCC reduces the wealth gap by reducing the knowledge gap. We help women apply simple strategies to increase their savings & significantly reduce their debt to overall manage their money better. Closing these money management (and subsequently, wealth management) gaps can also propagate new businesses and new markets. When women win, we all win.
