I wanted to create a safe place for my daughter and others to have for getting into the media world with trusted professionals in the business. A place where they can not just get jobs (gigs), but also a place they can network, learn, and form a safe community. A place were the platform is a privilege to be on and a high honor to be asked to join it. That is why I created Malibash. Malibash is a completely web based boutique hiring directory. It's a community with forums, events, blogs, and articles area to learn and grow.
