We offer yoga and meditation classes in a variety of styles, from a fiery challenging flow class to a passive and relaxing restorative yoga practice. All ages and fitness levels benefit from practicing yoga with no experience required! A greater sense of wellbeing promotes a higher quality of life by making more mindful choices, from how you respond to life events to making healthier food choices. Yoga has been proven to relieve back and joint pain, boost mood, improve posture and mobility, release muscle tension, improve sleep quality, decrease symptoms of anxiety and depression, and aid in injury recovery.
