My goal was for something… Inspired by signature bar snacks at classic New York City institutions like Bemelmans and King Cole Bar, I wanted to create my own signature snack for sunset cocktail hours and spontaneous gatherings with friends and family. My goal was for something more intriguing than the usual snack pairings, yet simply elegant at the same time. I set out to combine my passion for good, clean food with artisanal flavor combinations like Za'atar Pistachio, Porcini Herb and Chive Almond. MAD CRISP is responsible, sophisticated, savory, gluten- free, and good any time of day—but even better with cocktails. Sounds a little crazy, right? Truly, madly, crisply.
