Our vegan menu features locally sourced ingredients in their most natural form to create inspired dishes. We are passionate about feeding our customers hearty, nourishing meals that are a healthier alternative to regular fast food. We pride ourselves on being loyal to our vegetarian and vegan customers by maintaining 100% vegan entrées and products in our mini market and on the grill. Our customers never have to worry about cross contamination.

Mac'd Vegan is a vegan food truck that has been in business since 2019. Initially I wanted a drive thru only fast-food restaurant but operating a food truck was within my financial realm. Mac'd Vegan offers comfort food like mushroom philly "cheez… Mac'd Vegan is a vegan food truck that has been in business since 2019. Initially I wanted a drive thru only fast-food restaurant but operating a food truck was within my financial realm. Mac'd Vegan offers comfort food like mushroom philly "cheez steak," chick'n philly, mac n cheez, chick'n gyros and tacos all made fresh on the grill. What makes us unique is that we have a vegan mini market inside of the food truck that offers pre-packaged vegan chick’n salad, vegan tuna, bottled frappuccino’s, fresh juices and fruit salad. All of the items in the mini market are manufactured by Mac'd Vegan. Seeing the smiles on our customers faces and the positive comments keep us going.
