We are dedicated to providing a relational experience to our food… Locavore, meaning one who eats local, is a commercial kitchen incubator dedicated to helping food entrepreneurs scale their businesses through use of our commercial kitchen rental. We are dedicated to providing a relational experience to our food entrepreneurs, constantly providing support, and sharing business expertise through mentorship. In the last three years, we have helped hundreds of food entrepreneurs., a dozen of which now own their own restaurants, retail locations, breweries, and food trucks.
Our retro airstream, Fork Worth, serves as a stepping stone from commercial kitchen to brick-and-mortar. We rent it out on an annual basis to a kitchen client who is ready for that next step. We've already incubated one food trailblazer out, and have a second in place.
Our headquarters location boasts a 100-year-old beautiful historic venue which we rent out for intimate, special occasions.
