Founded by husband and wife team Marcus and Eunah Beniger, its menu offers over thirty different types of po'boys, classic New Orleans hot plates such as Jambalaya and Red Beans & Rice to more contemporary takes on traditional dishes. It also boasts its own in house charcuterie- which produces pecan-wood smoked andouille, boudin, and tasso, plus a grocery section carrying regional goods hard to find outside the American South. The Little Jewel aims to bring an authentic and eclectic taste of the city its chef-owner hails from, to the people of Southern California.
