I left my role as a PhD-trained scientist to become the coach and resource I needed during those vulnerable years. Today, I do more than simply program workouts. I helps folks recognize pregnancy and postpartum as pivotal opportunities to grow strong and thrive. As a coach and a content expert with over five years exclusively focused on pregnancy and postpartum, I'm on a mission to de-stigmatize conversations around birthing bodies and pelvic health. I offer core- and pelvic floor-informed, gender-inclusive personal training for ALL pregnant and postpartum bodies.
