It is the goal of… Our mission is to offer training, treatment, and support that will assist our clients on their journey to total mental wellness. We offer outpatient mental health and substance abuse treatment for individuals, groups and families. It is the goal of Spring Eternal to assist individuals in the development of healthy lifestyles as well as provide recovery oriented and person-centered services. Spring realizes that treatment requires ongoing assistance which involves the process of a continuum of care. Therefore, Spring Eternal will make appropriate referrals during and after provision of service. Services will address the unique needs of each client. Spring will advocate, link, and refer individuals to the appropriate resources if client needs exceed the services provided.

Growing up with a parent who battled addiction, made her want to delve deeper into the… After completing her undergraduate studies, Dr. Palmer had an opportunity to explore therapeutic foster care, an experience that shifted her professional course. Growing up with a parent who battled addiction, made her want to delve deeper into the disease, and its undeniable impact on children. She knew how drug dependency and mental health challenges shattered families, and as she began her Ph.D. studies with the intention of devoting her career to research, she realized that if she really wanted to help people, she needed to practice outside of the classroom. She needed to be hands-on with families that had been destroyed by dysfunction for generations.
