La Rola was founded by daughters and Mother back in 2017. We opened a small food truck trailer and provided Colombian-style Empanadas, Arepas, hot dogs and more! After two years of bringing our food truck to breweries, wineries, and private events,… La Rola was founded by daughters and Mother back in 2017. We opened a small food truck trailer and provided Colombian-style Empanadas, Arepas, hot dogs and more! After two years of bringing our food truck to breweries, wineries, and private events, we began looking for a brick and mortar space. In February 2020, we opened our first restaurant. We expanded our menu to Empanadas of different flavors (and colors), Stuffed Arepas with beef, chicken, sweet plantains or chorizo and cheese, Arroz con Pollo (Chicken with rice) and Picada. We are located inside of a Food Hall named "Zeppelin Station"" and provide quick service 7 days a week!"
