I make and distribute handcrafted artisan line of mixed milk cheeses, dairy and wool products, consulting, training, music on the farm and goat yoga. With the pandemic, I have lost the place to rent vat time and make my cheese, it is also a struggle to get wool processed. My cheese distribution route is very successful, but I need to build and license a farmstead creamery to make the cheese and dairy products in.
