We combine live-action and animation, featuring play-along physical activity with lessons in nutrition, self-care, emotional regulation, and healthy socialization. Our ActiveLIfe‚Ñ¢ curriculum supports whole-child learning. Lessons and activities are presented so that children learn from their own experiences. When lessons are embodied, children are motivated and empowered to use them for their own benefit. When they learn how what they eat and how much water they drink affects their actual ability to think and play sports and be kind, they choose more wisely. They become aware, self-regulating, and confident.
