Just like our grandmother, we use only the freshest, local ingredients. We partner with Central Texas farmers and pair those vegetables with tropical fruits and spices in order to create our authentic recipes.
We are most known for our Classic Ginger Elixir, which is our take on ginger beer. We use organic ginger, pineapple, lime and organic agave nectar. Our elixirs are made in small batches, are cold-pressed and not not heat pasteurized.
