Our Story
Ebony Miller founded IMA in 2009 to fill a need for Professional Makeup Artist instruction in Atlanta. Since then, it's grown to train hundreds of premiere Makeup Artists in the Southeast U.S and was voted Georgia's Best Cosmetology School in 2021. … Ebony Miller founded IMA in 2009 to fill a need for Professional Makeup Artist instruction in Atlanta. Since then, it's grown to train hundreds of premiere Makeup Artists in the Southeast U.S and was voted Georgia's Best Cosmetology School in 2021. Renelyn Thomas joined the team in 2016 and the course has grown for both aspiring Makeup Artists as well as everyday women to include online options as well as weekend, evening and daytime schedules for its diverse student base.
