This is important because… I provide mental health services, including counseling, assessment, and consultation for minority and underserved populations, including veterans, juvenile delinquents, individuals in foster care, and Lower SES communities. This is important because these populations are often neglected in terms of counseling and mental health services, and have less outlets and resources for coping especially during the pandemic. One of the most important things I do is advocate for these individuals through the court system.
