Our mission is to connect students back to themselves to help them remember their intrinsic value, and also connect them to other people to uphold the power of human connection. Within the safe environment of self and others, it creates the breeding ground for transformation through the practices of yoga.
We offer vinyasa style classes that create a well-rounded experience of yoga. Our Zen classes are intended to decompress the nervous system to promote healing and restoration. Our Awaken classes generate awareness and understanding of the body and breath to create a proper foundation for a stronger physical yoga practice. Our Power classes are heated, rigorous, and activate the whole body. Through the powerful experience of physical, students gain the courage to explore what they are capable of on and off the yoga mat.
We also offer nutrition counseling, meditation, and massage services. My hope is to expand Ignite Yoga into two more locations and also become the hub for students to learn about their physical, mental, and spiritual health from experienced and influential facilitators.
