I-Beam Design is an award winning multi-disciplinary firm founded by Suzan Wines and Azin Valy. They have over 20 years of experience on a broad range of design and construction projects including corporate, commercial, cultural, landscape and residential work. The firm's projects have been featured in numerous national and international publications and have received much praise for their sensitive yet highly innovative design solutions. Personal attention by the partners and the project team is given to each project through active participation in all phases of research, site analysis, space planning, schematic design, design development, construction documents, specifications, and construction. I-Beam is actively engaged in all phases of the building process that range from feasibility studies, Design Documents, building department and government filings, to on site construction supervision and sign offs.
