We do this by teaching how to use OKRs (Objectives and Key Results), connecting users… Heron is an accountability app that helps small business owners develop clear business goals and pursue them consistently while taking care of their own well-being. We do this by teaching how to use OKRs (Objectives and Key Results), connecting users to accountability buddies and providing a well-being methodology called KIWIs (Key Wellness Indicators). Users check-in on the app on a weekly basis, scoring their objective, their well-being and identifying specific steps they can take that week to move forward.
Heron is a low cost alternative to a personal coach for business owners that are looking for clarity of goals and accountability but are not able to afford a personal coach.
The pivot I'm doing is creating an app that offers KIWIs first to have a wider funnel and then easing users into weekly business goals before introducing them to OKRs.
