In 2022 we produced 25,600 pounds of fresh mushrooms, which were sold at 7 farmers markets, 14 premier restaurants, or converted into our line of shelf stable mushroom foods. Our prepared foods include umami salts, lions mane "crab" cakes, mushroom infused coffees and frozen soups. Our oyster mushroom jerky has won multiple awards from the NC Food Association, Good Food Awards, Our State Magazine, and most notably two SOFI Awards. Today we are continuing to grow our brand and looking for new storefronts and partners who want to join us in making mushroom nutrition more accessible.
