After completing cosmetology school she went on to work as a… Passionate, creative, and loving of her craft, Monique Crews (MO) has been able to establish herself as a successful yet innovative hairstylist and business owner over the past 15 years. After completing cosmetology school she went on to work as a shampoo assistant, a master stylist to the business owner of Hair Velocity LLC. While she continued to grow a loyal clientele she pursued her dream of being an educator by working with Decca Plus over the next 5 years. With all of the education and knowledge Monique has been able to expand her craft to start her own product line, Hair Velocity Vibes; all while working with renowned woman such as Raquel Eatmon and Gloria James.Today Monique credits her education, mentors and a few flaws along the way as the key to her success.
