As the Executive Producer of the PBS documentary film "WONDER WOMEN! The Untold Story of American Superheroines" this news was crushing. With my MA in gender studies and as the mother of two girls, I thought, what if I began a website for the parents and caregivers of creative girls? A resource for families similar to STEM programs targeting girls, except this platform focuses on the arts? The Girls That Create website went live in March 2019.
