My health has evolved & not necessarily in the way that I would of wanted it. I've had to readjust my diet completely because I developed an allergy to milk. I've had to readjust my diet completely because I developed an allergy to milk. I love food & I love Desserts so this was not welcoming news to me. I looked and looked & could not find anything that I could enjoy and that would satisfy my tastebuds while adhering to my new diet. So after many learned attempts and aha moments I came up with innovative recipes to some of my favorite desserts and Frenican Bakes was birthed.
