I offer condos, townhomes and private pool homes in the Orlando area, and… I have been a vacation rental agent for the Orlando area for 17 years and my business took a big hit due to covid-19, however I have been ramping it up again and doing well. I offer condos, townhomes and private pool homes in the Orlando area, and then I help my guests with car rentals, tickets and more. I would like to have a little bit of money in the bank for escrow so that I can take reservations online on platforms (such as vrbo, flipkey/tripadvisor, homeaway and their sister sites) that pay me after the rental is concluded, and I need to pay those bookings 30 days in advance with my wholesalers, so that means I need to have something in the bank to fund the bookings myself before the payments come through, those platforms provided the bulk of my business for many years, sometimes upwards of $300,000 in sales! but unfortunately when they changed the way they did business, and started holding funds until after the client's stay, I needed to remove all my hundreds of listings because of my business model where I need to pay my wholesalers first, this substantially harmed my business and I began having a loss each year after that. If I could obtain $10,000-20,000 that I could use for escrow, I could relist on those sites and begin mulitplying my profits again! Those platforms really monopolize the market and make it difficult for small companies like my own to do any business with them because we can't usually front the wholesalers and wait for the funds. I have great plans for my business and would love this opportunity to take it to an exponentially higher level! Thanks so much for your time!
