After having worked on wall-street for over a decade, in 2015 I quit my job to follow my passion for clean food and Ayurveda. Growing up in India, Ayurveda was such an integral part of my life growing up, however I never really valued it. After… After having worked on wall-street for over a decade, in 2015 I quit my job to follow my passion for clean food and Ayurveda. Growing up in India, Ayurveda was such an integral part of my life growing up, however I never really valued it. After running into some health issues and adapting a lifestyle more aligned with my mind and body, I noticed I was integrating a lot of elements of Ayurvedic lifestyle . And the more I learned, the more I realized how fascinating yet simple the science of Ayurveda was. I felt a strong sense of urge to spread this awareness, and combined it with one of my favorite food groups - Chocolate :).
