Her company is fulfilling a childhood dream: to create an employee-centered business and fund education programs to break youth out of poverty. In 2020 alone, Shahira led The Dirty Cookie to serve over 35,000 customers and has been featured in The Today Show, Good Morning America, The Food Network, and The Cooking Channel. Shahira’s featured product is simple and fun, a shot glass made out of cookie. Although delicious, the Cookie Shot was made to bring people together in celebration whether it is kids drinking milk or adults drinking Baileys.
