I created some compound butters to cook with, which included Rosemary N' Garlic; Parsley, Sage, Rosemary, Thyme N' Garlic and Chives, Basil N' Shallots. A friend who was visiting tasted & fell in love with them! He said people who loved to eat and create healthy, delicious dishes for themselves and their loved ones, would love my butters. And, so began the creation of my Flava' Butta artisanal gourmet butter line of products! As a small woman-owned business in San Clemente, CA, my passion is to provide customers with the finest, high-quality, delectable artisanal gourmet butter products.
