We will provide a boutique coworking space designed to inspire and bring attention to the budding community of St. Bernard through entrepreneurship and culture. This business incubator will serve to support small businesses through mentorship, networking, programming, and resources that would not otherwise be easily accessible in St. Bernard. As the anchor tenant, Chicory Collective will provide production services, as well as facilitate day-to-day operations, including onboarding, facility coordination, meeting, technology and vendor management, and more. It will be the onsite representation of the co-working space to welcome and guide new tenants to best use the co-working spaces assets, in partnership with the St. Bernard Economic Development Foundation.
