In Early 2019, Founders Amanda and Allison began brainstorming the Idea of developing a line of baked goods to Bridge the Gap between those restricted to a Gluten Free Diet, and those who are not. Their goal was to craft a perfect sweet treat without compromising Taste. 4 years and countless cookie trials later, Chew.F.O. was born! CHEW. F. O. strives to consolidate the consumer's selection while delivering a satisfying, guilt free treat that can be enjoyed by choice rather than constraint.

Our Story
Allison and Amanda began their businesses with a single goal: to create a meaningful day to day work life, which would down the road allow them to support themselves financially and ultimately give back. In Dec 2018 with $600 they opened a joint… Allison and Amanda began their businesses with a single goal: to create a meaningful day to day work life, which would down the road allow them to support themselves financially and ultimately give back. In Dec 2018 with $600 they opened a joint savings account & began to save for a catering food truck while working evenings at a restaurant located in Naples, FL. Once the ideation phase of the food truck was completed, Allison and Amanda transitioned into gluten free baking for Farmers Markets crowds as a supplemental income on top of restaurant savings, which led to landing their first wholesale account, which has since led to building a Premium Line of Well Tested, Gluten Free and Vegan Cookies. Buckle Up.. because CHEW.F.O. has officially launched and we're just getting started!
