Executive/leadership coaching requires educating potential clients as well as marketing. This is especially true because leadership coaching is largely misconstrued as a remedial measure or a luxury service that is available only to businesses that can afford it.
One of my greatest obstacles is the time and funding to focus on branding, and educating through writing and presenting case studies to support the premise that leadership coaching is a value-added resource that facilitates the growth and development of small, women-owned and marginalized businesses. The coaching I provided feeds the confidence and sustainability of business owners who have what it takes and can excel with a confidential and consistently reflective "thought partner"" that facilitates their self-determined objectives and goals.
Often neither an executive nor a senior manager understands how helpful coaching can be until they experience it and I don't mean in a one-time or one-off demonstration. It is not practical for me to offer free coaching engagements so
