Creating and promoting a positive work environment at our restaurant is a key part of who we are and is what truly sets us apart from other restaurants in the area. We are very proud to have a majority female staff and promote inclusivity by actively hiring refugees, employees with disabilities and local culinary students, all of whom add something special to our restaurant. When we opened in December 2016, we had the goal of mirroring Buffalo's diversity in our staff, dishes and identity while creating a unique yet comfortable Mexican dining experience with a focus on freshly prepared and scratch made food. We draw our inspiration from various Mexican regions, simultaneously using different global cooking techniques and methods, thus creating a unique and lasting impression on our guests.
