I own and operate BVG SLP (www.bvgslp.com) which specializes in digital solutions for language, literacy, phonology, articulation, comprehension and so much more. I have created over 200 digital resources, written and published three children's books, and started a blog dedicated to educating fellow SLPs and educators about teletherapy and distance learning. I have been in business since 2016 and feel my biggest obstacle is marketing and continuous visibility. I am a Black woman, mother, wife, author, SLP, educator, business owner, and visionary.

Our Story
I started my company, BVG SLP in 2016 based on a need for digital resources that I could use with my students via teletherapy. At the time, there were not a lot of digital resources available that were designed with a teletherapy platform in mind. … I started my company, BVG SLP in 2016 based on a need for digital resources that I could use with my students via teletherapy. At the time, there were not a lot of digital resources available that were designed with a teletherapy platform in mind. I created what my students needed and tapped into a passion that I didn't know I had. My students inspired me to create and I developed a love for ensuring my resources were FUNctional, diverse, and engaging. Incorporating literacy into everything I create is my goal. It not only helps to facilitate a love of reading in my students at an early age but it also helps to increase carryover of critical skills.
