In our Therapeutic Foster Care program we offer help with the transitioning process. We have trained staff that are able to assist both the client and the new foster parents with various needs. Common services include in-home and community treatment, group and family counseling, referrals to other social services agencies and assistance with understanding roles and rights as both the foster child and the foster parent.
