After years of working in top Michelin rated restaurants, I was let go during the wake of Covid-19 in March 2020 in New York City. Our city suffered a devastating loss to the industry. Without work and trying to survive, I began making chocolates and it soon exploded over night. I am now moving my chocolates from making them in my small Brooklyn apartment to a store front with no investors or loans. I am looking for extra help in order to kick start my dream of having a small running shop in Brooklyn.
