Blind Tiger produces Prohibition style non-alcoholic cocktails. Utilizing all-natural, and organic ingredients, crafted by mixologists, we remove all of the complexity, while leaving the "craft." Subtle, yet distinctive, Blind Tiger is a ready-to-drink sophisticated alternative to sugary drinks. Our current varietals are Bees Knee's, Sidecar, Southside, and Ward 8. Each beverage offers a glimpse into history of the drink and its ties to pre- and post-Prohibition.

In 2017 we opened a speakeasy style restaurant in Erie, PA. Over the years, our Prohibition-inspired venue had become known for our classic hand-crafted cocktails. However, at the onset of the pandemic, we were mandated to takeout only, and in… In 2017 we opened a speakeasy style restaurant in Erie, PA. Over the years, our Prohibition-inspired venue had become known for our classic hand-crafted cocktails. However, at the onset of the pandemic, we were mandated to takeout only, and in Pennsylvania establishments were not legally allowed to sell alcohol-to-go. At the time, 90% of our sales were bar sales, and like many, we had to adapt. We started bottling non-alcoholic versions of our cocktails – and the response was overwhelming. Through research we found a major underserved market. We also knew given our experience, there were not many creative alternatives in bars and restaurants to help those “feel part of the occasion” when not drinking. And as such, a product was born.
