We should be able to exist in rooms without hiding ourselves. I am the founder and managing director of Black Remote She, a progressive system of job sharing for Black queer and trans women, nonbinary people, and allies interested in working remotely. I created Black Remote She to make historically excluded and underserved people visible and respected in the workplace. My work has been featured in Stonewall, Out in Tech, Mogul Millennial, Gaye Magazine, and more.
