Bella Bars were created after the founder, Nicole, was diagnosed with gestational diabetes while pregnant with her daughter, Bella. She struggled to find a low sugar, gluten-free, high protein snack bar that fit the nutritional requirements she was… Bella Bars were created after the founder, Nicole, was diagnosed with gestational diabetes while pregnant with her daughter, Bella. She struggled to find a low sugar, gluten-free, high protein snack bar that fit the nutritional requirements she was looking for but also had great flavor and taste! Not wanting to sacrifice flavor for nutrition, she decided to create her own product through intensive market research, rigorous sourcing of ingredients and extensive recipe development. Inspired by her own personal journey, Nicole chose to name the bars after her daughter, Bella. Bella bars have 1g of sugar, 10g of protein, 8g of fiber and are gluten-free but the best part about them is the taste!

I struggled to find a on-the-go snack that fit the nutritional requirements I was looking for but also tasted good and wouldn't spike my blood sugar. I knew if I was struggling with this, other moms and women were too. I did a ton of research and decided to create my own protein snack bar and name them after my daughter, Bella. Bella Bars have 1g of sugar, 10g of protein, gluten-free, keto-friendly and non-gmo. We are located in Dallas,TX.
