I asked myself this question as a single mom of three who was overworked, underpaid, and unhappy with the direction of my life. I saw a lack of variety when it came to makeup brands who look good, work, and are affordable to the everyday woman. Make up has always been an escape for me upon inquiring on my families lineage I found that the desire to make women feel their best is rooted deep in my family history. My great great grandmother Virginia or as we call her Lady. Attended the Madam CJ walker school of beauty where she was taught by Madam CJ Walker herself. She later went on to start her own beauty school where she would teach the concepts she learned to other women. Her passion for wanting to create beauty inspired me in my brand. BE Beauty is an inclusive brand who strives to break the norms, BE Unique and create an open space where men and women can BE their genuine selves. BE Beauty is a vegan and cruelty free brand that makes luxury quality products at an affordable price.
