Back in Action Ergonomics and Wellness was formed in 2018 by two Physical Therapists, seeking a solution to continuously seeing their patients return to poor workspace set-ups that brought them to Physical Therapy in the first place. Back In Action's… Back in Action Ergonomics and Wellness was formed in 2018 by two Physical Therapists, seeking a solution to continuously seeing their patients return to poor workspace set-ups that brought them to Physical Therapy in the first place. Back In Action's mission has expanded from its initial creation of only providing Ergonomic Assessments to include implementing influential high quality services of care, knowledge, and guidance to the community promoting a more proactive style of healthcare. This is done through individualized ergonomic assessment, telehealth and in-person physical therapy sessions, and personalized yoga sessions. We also offer educational talks to young athletes about proper warm-up and cool downs, as well as, educational talks about posture and ergonomics in the workplace. Bringing all these offerings into one through corporate wellness programs is a developing project for 2021. At Back In Action Ergonomics and Wellness we empower our clients with a new awareness of how to take control of their well being.
