The garage quickly filled with ladies desiring connection and a way to get healthy both physically and spiritually. The fundamentals of this small group – fitness, spiritual growth, and community connection – evolved on a much larger scale at the B22 gym, yet these foundational principles remain. B22 inspires its members through group fitness to get in shape physically and spiritually and offers a connection with like-minded believers who find a place to belong. Since its inception in the garage, B22 has followed Jesus' example; he met the physical needs of humanity, which opened the door to meet the greater spiritual need.
