Her… Lima is a Mixed Reality (MR) experience designer specializing in clinical Virtual Reality (VR) systems with a focus on digital treatment tools for mental health, Substance Use Disorders (SUDs), machine learning, and Digital Health products. Her design strategies integrate data-informed recovery planning, VR Rehabilitation, and mobile treatment options to change behavioral patterns through Augmented Reality (AR). Lima has lived the implications of severe mental health illness firsthand through loved ones. It is her mission to lessen the suffering of families and patients by making mental health manageable. AURA blossomed from a desire to create tools to improve mental healthcare, increase patient access to healthcare providers and enhance treatment options through Heath Tech.
